There's another option you may not have considered -- give it away! It's not as crazy as it sounds...with the People's Bailout, you can run a promotion with your home being the prize. Participants are required to purchase at least one ad-block on a home give-away virtual billboard to be eligable the drawing. A minimum number of ad-blocks must be sold before the home can be awarded as the prize. Earnings from the promotion are used to pay off any debt associated to the home. Any remaining balance after all debts are paid and the prize is awarded to the winner will be donated to a participating non-profit by GiveWithoutGiving.org.
